Our NFL Flag Football league, powered by NFL Flag, has quickly become the heart of what we do. Every season, young athletes step onto the field ready to learn, compete, and most importantly — have fun.

From first-time players learning how to throw a spiral to experienced athletes making big plays on game day, our league is designed for all skill levels. With a focus on teamwork, sportsmanship, and skill development, every player gets the opportunity to grow in a positive and energetic environment.

Beginning in Fall 2026, GYA will be launching a competitive NFL Flag Football league for players looking to take their game to the next level. This new division will provide a more advanced level of play, giving athletes the chance to challenge themselves and continue developing their skills in a more competitive environment.

In addition, GYA will be introducing flag football tournaments, creating exciting new opportunities for teams to compete beyond the regular season. These tournaments will bring a new level of intensity and fun, giving players a true competitive experience.
